One big idea …really

It’s a little after 4a.

In a few hours I’ll be airborne, flying off to spend a couple of days going deep with a Real Estate client.

For 2 days were going to mastermind on his business, and really drill deep.

But on what?  Here’s what he’s looking for…

THIS is where we should spend most of our time. Masterminding these 4 pillars out. Offer by offer. Starting with the opportunity you and I…think is most important.

Once these are fleshed out, we can map out what kind of funnels could work best for each Offer.

While there, I’m not very interested in actual set-up, writing copy for ads and pages, and creating funnel pages in CF. That’s busy work I can work on over time.

But nailing the big picture stuff as a weekend mastermind? And learning some current best practices? That’s the best use of our time….

Did you see it? 

Nothing we’re going to do over the next couple of days is super sexy.  But, the mastermind with this specific focus on the offer and the big idea will produce enough velocity to propel this business forward.

How much is that worth to them, or you? 

6 figures?  7? 

The 4 pillars that he mentioned…

The most critical is a high ticket offer that allows you to maximize impact, and generate cash flow.

Getting that right is where most of the energy is spent.

Then, it’s the Big Idea. 

Or more simply, how to get your ideal prospect to step forward and say…

“I’d like to work with you.”

“Can we chat?”

“Just take my money”!

Getting that BIG IDEA for your offer dialed in is the 95/5.

That time, energy, and money is a massive generator for your business.

Here’s a simple little exercise…

For the next 3 days, write down 3 ideas a day on different ways you can talk about your signature offer.
